A classroom is a learning space. Classroom are found in educational institutions for all kinds ranging from preschool to universities and may also be found in teaching, practice classes, and tuition classes.


Real Life Classroom...
Classroom is the real, touchable place to teach and to learn. It is the only one place where teacher engage student, encourage participation from the classes and ideas raised by students.Interaction cannot be duplicated in a virtual classroom 
In simple words real life classroom easily interaction with students and teacher, sharing ideas, generate thinking and ideas skills, free of mind classes interaction, encourage participation in class and school events etc. 





Classroom Environment 

Environment is a main important part in real classroom.  A real classroom environment with students and teachers interacting with one another is the only environment where teachers can receive the full training and instruction they need to be the best at what they do. Whether the individual wants to be a virtual or a classroom teacher, the foundation for this career will always be set in the real classroom environment. It is a necessity for learning to lead, guide, instruct, connect and grow as a teacher. The environment makes the classroom, which is why virtual teaching will never fully replace classroom teaching.




Virtual Classroom 

A virtual classroom is an online classroom that allows participants to communicate with one another, view presentations or videos, interact with other participants, and engage with resources in work groups.The virtual classroom cannot replace the traditional classroom because it is by its very essence or nature not completely 'real.' Teaching on the Internet is teaching in virtual reality, but not in reality.
The Virtual Classroom is an e-learning concept whose definition and prime objective is to enable the educators and the students to impart and perceive education online, respectively, principally over the Internet. Additionally, it allows them both to communicate, interact and, work together with one another remotely from any location, without actually being physically present face-to-face, via webinars, audio and video conferences, web presentations, live streaming, text chats, Learning Management System (LMS) and online training courses.





Advantages and Disadvantages 

Real Life Classroom


Classroom Learning Advantages:

  • You can ask questions (assuming the instructor welcomes questions).
  • You can discuss issues with fellow students.
  • There is ample opportunity for social interaction and support.
  • You have access to on-campus student facilities.

Classroom Learning Disadvantages:

  • Travel time and cost.
  • Attendance times can be restrictive or inconvenient.
  • Shy students may have trouble approaching the instructor with questions.
  • You usually have to sit through each lecture even if you already know most of the material.
  • You may be required to buy compulsory textbooks.


Advantages of Virtual Classroom

  • - Real-time teaching and learning.

  • - Introduces students and educators to education technology.
  • - Comprehensive online tutorials.
  • - Encourages digital and smart classrooms.
  • - Improves Visualization.



Disadvantages of Virtual Classroom


  • - No control over the students or classroom.
  • - No control over the learning atmosphere or environment.
  • - Virtual Classroom requires computers and internet access, which might not be at hand to  everyone.
  • - Expensive: Enrolling into online live class or courses can be costly.
  • - Students lack real-time teaching experience.
  • - The risk to the traditional student-teacher collaboration.
