  In Raini Village, close to the site of the Rishi Ganga Hydropower Project, a dog waits for the return of her puppies that were washed away by the floods. A dog looks at a debris near the damaged Tapovan Tunnel, after a glacier burst in the Joshimath of Uttarakhand that caused a flash flood in the Chamoli District on Saturday night. As per locals, the dog has been crying  day and night since the tragedy on February 7 and has not left the site, looking and waiting for her three puppies who are most likely buried in the mud.  More than 200 missing, the bodies of 38 people have been recovered and two were found  alive, officials said.
